We had fun this year playing with families and doing stuff ourselves. We actually kicked off the season with some Christmas Express Dec 16 with a Chinese food dinner with my parents and brother. The best part of it all was that it was planned before the Modern Family episode aired. Jarrett's sister Tandy and her family stayed at our house for Christmas and celebrated Christmas morning with us. We were on our own Christmas Eve as they celebrated with her husbands family. We had a deep fried dinner, read the Christmas story, opened PJs and drove around to look at lights (best plan ever as Parker was asleep when we got home). We had a nice relaxing day as we didn't cook a big dinner til the next day when Jarrett's parents and other sister came.

Looks like a great time. I love the Angry Birds hat, so cute.
We got the Thomas the Train set too.....lots of fun (it was missing a few pieces so once those arrive it will be even better;)
