1. Who needs a Knight in Shinning Armor when you have a mom. Mine definitely came to the rescue this week
2. I miss calm, mellow Parker. He is a hard one year old as he is everywhere and he climbs. He's often found on top of our table or computer desk. It's funny how opposite our kids are as one wasn't bad with Landon, he wasn't an needy. Parker freaks when you try to do other things
3. I'm trying to figure out how much candy I need to get for our ward trunk or treat, so that I can start to get it as it's on sale. We are having one with three wards and since we've only attended out ward twice, so it's hard to figure out.
4. Which reminds me that I hate the in between stage in a ward, when you are new and haven't yet really found your place. Definitely thankful for the girl who sat next to me in Relief Society and talked to me. The ward seems good but I still need some time before I feel like I belong
5. Things I've discovered lately -I'm not a good small chat with random people person and I'm super boring.

YOU are not boring, I love chatting with you! :)
Oh, and I totally remember when I was in that in between stage in our ward. I don't like it either!
you're buying candy already?? it would never last at our house
The adjusting period is so rough, hey? Hope that Parker gives you a bit of a break soon. Miss you lots!
I'm with Corrine -- I have to wait to buy the candy until right before so I don't eat it. That, plus I'm hoping that if I ignore Halloween, it will go away. ha!
You, dear lady, are not boring!
That 'in between' stage of wards is tough. Stick it out, you'll get there!
