This was a bit of a crazy year. We ended up packing until about 5 pm on Christmas Eve. We basically just declared 24 hrs for Christmas. Here are the highlights of our Christmas Eve (the low lights include me yelling at the Panago manager). This was our first Christmas doing everything on our own.
We had a dinner of sparkling apple juice and pizza while watching "The Grinch" or the frinch as Landon calls him. I really loved this low key picnic meal that we had and want to continue on with this tradition. We this opened PJ's and a book about the nativity which we read. I decided that every year our kids will get a book to all of them to read on Christmas Eve, then we will pack them away with our Christmas stuff to come out next December to enjoy. We also did some online boxing day shopping to get our washer/dryer for our new house.
